Mithril Day 6

Goals:

• Go though parts and start making lists of what we have little of.

• Finish new rectangle design:

• Attach wheels and gears.

• Find a better way to organize the room.

What Happened:

• We found a place that all the boxes could fit where both our teams could reach all parts near their robot.

• Drivetribe base finished.

• Some wheels and gears attached.

What Didn’t Happen:

• We only had time to put a few wheels on because we ran into a few problems. (detailed in summary)

• Did not discuss what needed to be ordered.

Summary:

Today was a relatively successful day, we had quite a few members show up today so we were able to split jobs and multitask as a team. We got the drivetrain base done and started to mount the wheels and the gears. We figured out that the gears were not spaced/lined up correctly on the wheels so we had to undo the wheels and line them up perfectly which took forever on each wheel.

Next Time:

• Finish attaching wheels.

• Start thinking about different types of lifts.

• Brainstorm/sketch/research.
