What Happened:

  • Clarified how to edit meeting breakdown documents through website

  • Former 5881 Robot fully taken apart

  • Working towards renaming the 8190 team

  • Started getting programmers set up on their personal laptops

  • Collected Dues

What Didn’t Happen:

  • Did not make progress in parts inventory

  • Did not sign thank you note

  • Did not start brainstorming for robot design

Summary

Another successful meeting! Even though, several things didn’t get done, other items were checked off our To-Do list that we didn’t think of previously. The robot hasn’t been started on yet but we did fully break down the previous robot which puts us on track to start building!

Next Time

  • Sign thank you note

  • Figure out what parts that need to be ordered

  • Get final decision on T-shirt colors [Galapagos Blue (6), navy (1), stone blue (1), Carolina blue, Heather navy (2)]

  • Choose 8190 team name

  • Officially split teams into 5881 and 8190

  • Start robot brainstorming and building

  • Club Expo summary write up

  • Kickoff summary write up

  • Collect Dues

  • Find club laptop
